Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a plan on TrendLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What TrendLens provides

TrendLens is a software-as-a-service product that generates structured MVP build kits from user-submitted ideas using AI. Output is provided as-is for informational and planning purposes. We do not guarantee that any generated kit is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before building on it.

3. Plans and payment

• Trial ($29): Grants 3 build kit generations. Once the 3-kit allowance is used, you must purchase a Lifetime plan to continue generating. Trial access is re-purchasable.
• Lifetime: Grants unlimited build kit generations, forever. Price depends on which cohort you join ($79 → $99 → $129 → $159). Once purchased, your price is locked and your access does not expire.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
• Payments are processed by Polar. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar's terms of service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to generate kits at scale or circumvent usage limits.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the service's AI generation pipeline.
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Share account credentials to allow multiple users to access a single purchased seat.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without a refund.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the idea you submit. TrendLens retains ownership of the service, its design, and its generation pipeline. The build kit output is yours to use, modify, and build upon without restriction.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or fit for your purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via the email on file. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
